I’ve been using Modern Teaching Aids for a while now and overall I really like it. It’s simple to get around, although somehow I still manage to get a bit lost when I’m browsing too many resources at once. I do think the materials feel inclusive and useful for a range of students, even if there are a few that could probably be more adaptable. It’s not flashy or overcomplicated, which I appreciate, but it still has enough on there to save me a decent amount of time.

I’ve been using Modern Teaching Aids on my laptop at home and also on my phone during breaks, and so far it’s been a relief. I wasn’t sure how well it would run across different devices, but the pages load fine, resources open without any hassle, and switching between tabs has been smooth. It’s made lesson planning feel a lot less frustrating

I signed up expecting some kind of billing drama, but nope, it just went through perfectly. I got my receipt almost immediately, which felt like a miracle, and when I needed to cancel later, it was actually simple. I was fully prepared for a whole ordeal, but it was weirdly easy.

checkout worked in the end, but it was kind of clunky on my phone and took longer than i expected. the payment went through without any issues, so that was good. not a bad experience overall, just wish it felt a bit smoother and easier...

I had to return something I bought from Modern Teaching Aids and the process was mostly fine, just a little slower than I thought it would be. Customer service did get back to me, but there were a couple of days between replies, which made it feel like it dragged on a bit lol. The refund came through in the end, so no major issue, but I do think the steps could be clearer and the whole thing could be quicker. Not a bad experience, just not amazing either.

It definitely saves me some time when I’m putting lesson plans together, which is basically why I use it. Some of the resources are actually useful, but it’s not like everything magically fits my class perfectly, because that would be far too convenient. I still have to tweak and adjust things, but overall it’s decent and does make planning less of a headache

It does keep the kids interested, so I’ll give it that. But the lag is annoying, and whoever’s responsible for optimizing this needs to do better. It’s frustrating watching the kids get into it and then having everything slow down or freeze for no good reason.

Everything is sorted so clearly that I’m not spiralling for ages trying to figure out if an activity is way too easy or ridiculously hard. The teaching resources are actually really good and easy to use in class. I’ve found loads that save me time, and the worksheets are clear enough for the kids to get stuck into without much explaining. I’m happy with the quality overall, but I did feel a bit ignored when I had a question and didn’t really get a response. Still, the resources themselves have been really helpful so far...

I started using teaching.com.au when I was running low on ideas and just needed something to make planning feel a bit easier. What I’ve liked most is how much variety there is, worksheets, games, posters, lessons and little extras for different year levels, so I’m not constantly reaching for the same old activities.
I do change a few things here and there to suit my class, but that’s normal for me with any resource. It’s been a real time-saver, especially on those afternoons when my brain is completely done and I just need a fresh idea to get things moving again.

Most of the resources lined up really well with the curriculum, which saved me from having to double-check everything myself. It made planning a lot easier, and I’d definitely use it again for future lessons.

I was pleasantly surprised by how simple the website was to navigate. I found what I needed really quickly, which was great.

The quality is okay, I guess, but quick some of the items wore out. Not terrible or anything, just not as good as I was hoping.
